Job Summary

RedBlue Flame Fire Safety & Security Systems LLC is looking for a skilled

Site Engineer

to supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire protection and security systems. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure high-quality and compliant execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise installation and commissioning of

fire alarm, firefighting, sprinkler, hydrant, access control, and CCTV systems

. Review drawings, technical specs, and client requirements for proper execution. Ensure compliance with

UAE Civil Defence regulations

and international safety standards. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and maintain safety and quality on site. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams for timely material delivery. Manage technicians and subcontractors on site, ensuring adherence to plans. Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Handle testing, commissioning, and client/consultant inspections. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering

or equivalent. 2-4 years of site experience in fire safety, firefighting, or security system installation. Strong knowledge of

fire alarm systems, sprinklers, hydrants, firefighting pumps, and CCTV/access control

. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation diagrams. Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
