Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines.
Manage and monitor labor and subcontractor work to ensure quality and compliance.
Ensure all work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to resolve technical issues on site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Maintain accurate site records including materials used, labor attendance, and inspections.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per approved specifications.
Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs to project teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Site Engineer role, specifically in high-rise building construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
UAE driving license is a plus.
Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
