Job Title: Site Engineer(Fihishing) - High-Rise Building Projects

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer(Finishing) to oversee and manage high-rise building construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, while coordinating between consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations for high-rise building projects. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Review drawings, specifications, and ensure work is carried out as per approved plans. Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Ensure strict adherence to

Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and project safety standards

. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications. Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to site challenges. Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time and stored properly. Oversee subcontractors' work to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum

5 years' experience

in construction, with at least

3-5 years in high-rise building projects in Dubai/UAE

. Strong knowledge of

structural works, finishing works, and MEP coordination

. Familiarity with

Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other local authority regulations

. Proficient in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera is a plus). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
