Job Description
Job Title: Civil Site Engineer - Fresher
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising and monitoring daily site activities. Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, and labor teams to ensure work progress. Support in preparing daily progress reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety rules and project specifications. Assist in quality inspections and reporting any deviations to the Site In-Charge. Coordinate material availability and maintain proper documentation. Provide technical assistance on site as required. Support the project team in planning, execution, and timely completion of work.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering (freshers can apply). Basic knowledge of construction methods and site operations. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions. Willingness to work at various project sites across UAE. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
