Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to project specifications, drawings, and standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor project progress, prepare daily reports, and address any technical issues on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Review and interpret engineering plans, structural drawings, and BOQs.
Assist in quality control inspections and ensure that materials and workmanship meet project requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum
5 years of experience in the UAE
as a Site Engineer.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and site procedures.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
