Job Description
Project management and supervision
Manage site operations:
Oversee all activities on the construction site, ensuring they align with the project's design and specifications.Supervise personnel: Direct and manage the site labor force and contracted staff.
Schedule and budget: Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure the project stays within the allocated time and budget.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on progress, issues, and activities.Technical and quality assurance
Check plans:
Review and verify technical drawings and designs to ensure accuracy.Quality control: Ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications and industry standards.
Problem-solving: Provide technical advice and resolve any on-site technical difficulties that arise.
Surveys and leveling: Conduct site surveys, leveling, and setting out to ensure the site is correctly prepared.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
