Site Engineer (Civil)
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth execution of works.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements at all stages of construction.
Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and liaise with consultants when required.
Manage workforce and allocate tasks effectively to achieve project milestones.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum
3 years of experience
in a similar role within the construction industry in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
