We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Site Engineer

to oversee and manage the installation of

Building Maintenance Units (BMUs)

on high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring technical compliance with installation standards, coordinating with contractors and clients, and ensuring safety regulations are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of BMU installation at the project site. Ensure installation works are performed according to the project drawings, specifications, and manufacturer's guidelines. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain installation documentation, daily reports, and quality control records. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation. Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct pre-commissioning and final commissioning tests in coordination with technical teams. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on installation progress. Provide on-site technical support and training to subcontractors and junior engineers as needed.
