What You'll Do

• Supervise the installation of waterproofing systems on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards
• Conduct site inspections to identify potential risks, defects, or quality concerns and implement corrective measures
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee material selection, delivery, and application in line with approved drawings and quality requirements
• Maintain accurate site records, prepare technical reports, and update project documentation
• Monitor workforce activities to ensure safety, productivity, and compliance with project timelines
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and reporting of waterproofing activities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer with specialization in waterproofing projects; local UAE/GCC construction experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, applications, and building codes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage site operations effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Valid UAE driving license is required
