Site Engineer (arabic Speaker)

Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead site engineering activities from initial planning stages through contract completion Visit the respective sites for necessary meetings and arrangements Develop plans for construction, renovation, and repairs Prepare estimates, as well as on-site visit reports and project progress reports Review and analyze plans, specifications, and estimates submitted by contractors Coordinate and manage project schedules and budgets Monitor site operations and determine the work progress Track job progress, schedules, budgets, and staffing Assist in estimating feasibility and costs of various construction methods Assist in completing inspection
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Arabic & English Valid UAE Driving License with own Car Should have experience in same profile for minimum 1-2 years in UAE Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Certificate attested from UAE Embassy) Knowledge of design, specifications, and building safety regulations Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and lead workers at site Candidates on own visa with NOC is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
