Role Purpose:

To manage, coordinate, and supervise aluminium and glass installation works at project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in line with approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Coordination

Plan and oversee site activities for aluminium, glazing, and facade works. Ensure execution as per shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.

Technical & Quality Control

Verify dimensions and conditions at site before installation. Monitor installation quality to ensure compliance with design, standards, and safety. Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve engineering issues. Ensure correct handling and installation of branded systems (Alumil, Gutmann, Schuco, Reynaers, etc.).

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and site correspondence. Maintain records of inspections, tests, and approvals. Report delays, variations, or site issues to management.

Resource Management

Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment efficiently. Coordinate with stores/purchase for material deliveries. Monitor productivity and minimize wastage.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure site safety regulations and company HSE policies are followed. Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments. Liaise with safety officers to rectify non-compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural Engineering. 1-2 experience in aluminium & glass facade/doors/windows projects.

Prior experience in systems such as Alumil, Gutmann, Schuco, Reynaers (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of shop drawings, facade systems, and installation methods. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. UAE Driving License is Mandatory Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
