Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in building and Infrastructure projects (structure & architectural works). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project specifications. Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, plans, and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company procedures. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and quality documentation. Assist in resolving technical issues and provide on-site solutions to maintain project efficiency. Monitor material usage and ensure proper resource allocation. Conduct inspections to ensure construction standards are met for both structure and architectural finishes. Support the project manager in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
