About the Role

Unigraf is looking for a results-driven

Site Delivery Manager

to oversee the on-ground execution and timely delivery of complex event and exhibition installations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives under pressure and has experience managing site operations in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects at site, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence. Coordinate and supervise site teams including technicians, fabricators, installers, and subcontractors. Liaise with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to ensure readiness before deployment. Maintain strict control over site documentation, approvals, and client sign-offs. Resolve site challenges in real time, adapting plans when necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure all installations comply with HSE and regulatory requirements. Provide regular progress reports and escalate potential delays or issues to senior management. Maintain positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders during onsite execution.

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in site delivery or project management within the events/exhibition industry. Strong understanding of fabrication, installation processes, and temporary structure requirements. Hands-on experience managing installations at venues such as trade shows, festivals, or exhibitions. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with the design and production teams. UAE driving license preferred. Fluency in English required; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
