:

Ecostruxure IT Services Delivery Managers are ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and services. They act as a bridge between the technical and business sides of projects, overseeing the entire delivery lifecycle from planning and initiation to execution and delivery. A Delivery Manager ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Their expertise and leadership are essential for ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

Project Planning and Management:

Develop and manage project timelines, and budgets Break down projects into manageable phases and tasks Identify potential risks or roadblocks Manage and allocate resources effectively

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

Maintain communication with stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, issues, and changes Anticipate and address stakeholder concerns or expectations Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders

Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues or roadblocks Proactively manage and resolve project issues promptly and efficiently Document lessons learned from issues to inform future projects

Quality Assurance and Verification:

Establish and implement quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle Identify and address any quality defects or issues before deployment

Change Management and Adaptability:

Manage and control changes to project scope, requirements, or timelines Assess the impact of changes and ensure they align with project objectives, timelines and budget Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and obtain necessary buy in Adapt to changing requirements and market conditions while maintaining project integrity

Vendor Management and Collaboration:

Manage external vendors and contractors involved in the project Establish clear expectations and guidelines for vendor engagement Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies Foster effective collaboration and communication with vendors

Post-Implementation Support and Monitoring:

Ensure the smooth transition of projects into production Gather and analyze project delivery learnings to improve future deliverables
