We are seeking an experienced

Site Contract Manager

to oversee and manage all contractual, commercial, and site-related activities for high-rise building projects in Dubai -- from project initiation to final handover. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in

UAE high-rise construction projects

, a solid understanding of

contracts and claims management

, and the ability to lead coordination between site, client, consultant, and head office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the

entire contract administration process

from project start to completion. Review and interpret

contract terms, conditions, and obligations

, ensuring full compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with project teams to ensure

work progress aligns with contractual and technical requirements

. Prepare, review, and monitor

variations, claims, and change orders

in coordination with the QS and planning team. Lead

commercial and contractual correspondence

with the client, consultant, and subcontractors. Oversee

site execution

to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements. Monitor

project budgets, cost control, and progress reports

. Conduct

contractual risk assessments

and recommend mitigation measures. Attend project progress meetings and provide updates on commercial, technical, and contractual matters. Ensure all

documentation, approvals, and close-out reports

are properly maintained and submitted on time. Support the

Project Director / Project Manager

in resolving contractual and site-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or related discipline. Minimum

10-15 years of experience in the UAE

, with at least

7 years in high-rise building projects

. Strong understanding of

FIDIC

and other international contract forms. Proven experience in

contract administration, claims management, and site execution

. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and leadership

skills. Proficient in

MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software

.

Currently based in the UAE.
