We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Contract Manager - Site to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management for our construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies while maximizing operational efficiency.
Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure contract compliance and timely execution
Monitor contract performance, resolve disputes, and implement corrective actions when necessary
Prepare and maintain accurate contract documentation, including change orders and amendments
Conduct financial analysis to track contract costs and profitability
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and construction industry regulations
Collaborate with legal counsel on contract-related issues and risk mitigation strategies
Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contract status and performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management, preferably in construction or related industries
Professional certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCCM, CCMA) preferred
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations
Proven experience with site-based contract administration
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
