Job Description

:

The Site Construction Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities for high-rise building projects. The role ensures that work is executed safely, efficiently, within schedule, and in compliance with quality and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all

site construction activities

and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Manage and lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors. Plan and monitor

daily, weekly, and monthly construction schedules

to achieve project milestones. Coordinate with

Project Manager

Consultants

,

Clients

, and

Subcontractors

to ensure smooth execution of works. Supervise civil, structural, and finishing works for high-rise building projects. Ensure quality control of all site works and verify that materials and workmanship meet specifications. Conduct regular

site inspections

, toolbox talks, and safety audits. Review and approve work permits, method statements, and inspection requests. Manage site logistics, manpower allocation, and material deliveries. Prepare

daily and weekly progress reports

and highlight potential delays or risks. Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the construction team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

10-15 years

of construction experience, with at least

7-10 years in the UAE

on

high-rise building projects

. Strong leadership and team management experience at the site level. In-depth knowledge of

UAE building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies

. Proficiency in

MS Project

,

AutoCAD

, and

construction management tools

. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
