Job Title: Construction Manager - High-Rise Building

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Construction Manager

to oversee the delivery of a prestigious

high-rise building project

in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

10 years' experience

managing large-scale vertical construction projects, with a strong background in planning, coordination, and leadership. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the construction site from inception to completion. Manage all aspects of high-rise construction, including structural, MEP, facade, and interior works. Coordinate with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities. Develop and implement detailed project schedules and budgets. Monitor construction progress and prepare regular reports on performance against schedule and budget. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Lead site meetings and drive resolution of site issues. Manage workforce planning, procurement schedules, and material logistics. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and safety protocols. Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams and subcontractors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

10+ years of experience

in construction management, specifically on

high-rise buildings (30+ floors preferred)

. Proven experience in project delivery in the

Middle East

, preferably in the

UAE

. Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficient in construction management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.). PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
