Minimum 5 years of UAE experience, preferably with a Consulting Engineer background.
Qualifications:
UAE Attested Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
Valid UAE Society of Engineers membership.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices.
Familiar with relevant codes (ACI, ASTM, BS, or local standards).
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspect all site civil activities, including shoring, piling, dewatering, excavation, concrete works, waterproofing, backfilling, and structural elements.
Ensure contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Prepare daily reports, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate with site team and contractors to ensure timely execution of works.
Participate in site inspections, snagging, and quality assurance processes.
Review and comment on contractor submittals related to civil works.
