\xe2\x96\xaa Managing and supervising the entire Site Supervision team. \xe2\x96\xaa Coordinating all Architects, and consultants site supervision team\xe2\x80\x99s tasks and duties in accordance with the construction contract requirements. \xe2\x96\xaa Obtain and verify contractor prestart activities like site condition, existing services survey, Health & Safety plan, QA & QC manual. \xe2\x96\xaa Establish / Obtain at the project outset: o Staffing organization chart o Lines of communications & reporting o Roles and Responsibilities matrix for all the Project Team o All project procedures and proformas for use in site works quality control and site supervision duties \xe2\x96\xaa Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with the design intent, coordination of the shop drawings of different trades and disciplines. \xe2\x96\xaa Coordinate and check drawings for coherence and update changes as required. \xe2\x96\xaa Maintain full set of Design drawings & schedules. \xe2\x96\xaa Review of materials submittals comprising technical literature, samples, and mock-ups as appropriate for compliance with design specifications & details within the prescribed project timeframe. \xe2\x96\xaa Direction and supervision of contractors & subcontractors to insure workmanship of construction compliance with design specifications & details. \xe2\x96\xaa Overseeing the implementation and compliance at the site or project office of general office tasks, housekeeping and document control. \xe2\x96\xaa Maintaining a set of: o Project Managers Instructions o Contractors verbal instructions o RFI\xe2\x80\x99s and their responses o Submittals and their responses \xe2\x96\xaa Ensure a daily diary is maintained which should include Weather, Inspections and testing carried out (on and off site), NCN\xe2\x80\x99s & Site Observations raised, Contractors resources, Key events, meetings, client visits, new activities started. \xe2\x96\xaa Conduct below meetings and ensure that the minute of the meeting is maintained o QA/QC meetings o Contractors Progress meeting o Deliverables meetings o Miscellaneous technical meetings and workshops o Contract Close out progress meetings \xe2\x96\xaa Attend all quality control and quality assurance inspections and issue reports as required. \xe2\x96\xaa Request and approve the contractors documentation in advance of the works starting. o Inspection and test plans [ITP] for each work stage o Method statements for each work stage \xe2\x96\xaa Offsite tests and Inspections o Establish all off-site tests and inspections required at the outset of the project and notifying the contractor accordingly o At off site and factory visits, record all events and findings, using photographic records o Prepare reports and issue immediately after the tests and inspections \xe2\x96\xaa HR Duties/ Supervision including but not limited to Leave Management, Timesheets, Performance review, Job descriptions. \xe2\x96\xaa Responsible to take local authority approvals for Design work. \xe2\x96\xaa Ensure photographs of the project\xe2\x80\x99s progress is taken and recorded correctly. \xe2\x96\xaa Attend and respond to contractor\xe2\x80\x99s queries and request for information (RFI\xe2\x80\x99s) within the prescribed timeframe. \xe2\x96\xaa Ensure that all work instructions are given in written and recorded properly. \xe2\x96\xaa Conduct Final Inspection and snagging at project close out and handover. \xe2\x96\xaa Review of Contractors payment applications. \xe2\x96\xaa Notify the Regional Office for any variations informed by client and assist for fee proposals and timelines for design deliverables. \xe2\x96\xaa Work closely with the Client, Project Manager and contractor during the project close out. Qualifications and Key Skills:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture (or equivalent technical qualifications).
