We are looking for a Project engineer preferably an Arabic speaker (Dubai Municipality accredited), must be a Civil Engineer with a minimum of +5 years of UAE experience in handling a construction projects from A to Z at site. The successful candidate\'s primary function will be to manage all aspects at site, handling day to day operations and maintaining positive supervision on all the works, labors and sub-contractors... Key Responsibilities:

• To have a good experience in a project execution from start to finish.
• Fully site and work supervision to follow the approved drawings and specification.
• To plan, manage, control, utilize and order the manpower, materials, machinery and other resources including subcontractors to achieve targets.
• To prepare the daily and monthly progress report.
• To ensure that the targets set by the engineers are met.
• To maintain timesheets of the workforce with correct cost allocation.
• To perform all activities in compliance with Company Health, safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) and the assigned specific responsibilities.
• To perform all activities in compliance with QA/QC procedure.
• To comply with and implement local laws and client requirements related to Health, Safety and Environmental aspects at workplace.
• Strong Technical skills and good communication & Coordination skills
• Labors good Control as well as the sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• To have experience in executing and managing construction projects.
• At least +5 years of experience in the UAE (in the construction field).
• Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• DM contracting approved civil engineer.
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated and energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• You have good practical organizational, resource planning, and program scheduling skills.
• Strong connections.
