Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site administration or accounts support (construction/marine contracting preferred)
? Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/accounting systems
? Knowledge of petty cash handling, invoicing, and expense tracking
? Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills
? Ability to multitask, coordinate between teams, and work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site documentation, records, and daily logs (attendance & OT)
Handle petty cash, verify invoices, and assist with financial reporting
Coordinate material deliveries and prepare CRFs & PO Requests
Act as liaison between site team and office administration
Support Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and site coordination
Ensure compliance with company financial and documentation standards
