Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a
Site Administrator
.
Minimum Requirements
:
High School graduation or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in site office administration.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
Strong multitasking abilities and good interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
:
Maintain and control the document filing system between plant sites and the head office.
Process and manage employee expenses through the NAV system and maintain reimbursement records.
Assist Plant Managers with site operations and report activities on a weekly basis.
Liaise with HR for employee-related matters such as annual leave, emergency leave, and overtime.
Manage site visits, ensuring gate passes and HSE procedures are followed.
Handle office supplies and support the team with administrative tasks like photocopying and document archiving.
Administer petty cash and support housekeeping activities for site office improvement.
Must have a Qatar Driving license
