Job Description

Job Purpose

To assist or coordinate for the day-to-day office related documentation and supplies in order to enhance the reliability and reputation of the organization.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Administrative positions especially in office environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Office during all meetings by taking the minutes, preparing reports and circulating the same to all the people involved. Prepare and maintain documentation including, Operational and Project or Site Related (audits, training and HR forms-leave application, pp copies etc) as required. Prepare Emails / Letters as required for Private and Public entities and maintain records. Liaise with Branch Offices on behalf as required. Track and monitor the records for the office vehicles and follow up for service. Manage the Conference Room booking and upkeep. Any other tasks as required by the position.
