Role Overview



We are seeking a

SIRA Regulations and Documentation Specialist

to ensure compliance with SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) standards and manage all related documentation and portal activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and knowledgeable about UAE security compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities



? Ensure compliance with all SIRA regulations and documentation requirements.

? Prepare, review, and maintain reports, compliance checklists, and audit documentation.

? Manage and update the SIRA portal with accurate and timely information.

? Support SIRA inspectors during client site visits and audits.

? Conduct internal training sessions on SIRA regulations and documentation best practices.

? Stay updated on changes to SIRA regulations and adjust internal processes accordingly.

? Collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain consistent regulatory compliance.

Qualifications



? Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Engineering

.

?

SIRA Certification

is mandatory.

?

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical compliance or documentation role mandatory.



? Technical exposure at site will be an added advantage.

? Strong understanding of SIRA regulations and compliance processes.

?

UAE driving license.
