  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in:
  • Data management applications and systems.
  • Governmental scope and requirements, such as the "Data Maturity Index."
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to the government support services sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to train employees on compliance matters.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and provide guidance on internal regulatory requirements across various functions (including but not limited to: HR, Finance, Procurement, Data Management).
  • Conduct proactive audits to measure adherence to laws, regulations, approved policies, systems, and documentation within the authority. This includes planning, designing, implementation, verification, and preparation of audit reports on the level of compliance.
  • Regular review, monitoring, and follow-up of compliance with laws, regulations, and documentation, ensuring alignment with internal operational procedures. Provide technical support to ensure compliance with technical requirements in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Establish internal controls in coordination with the relevant department manager and monitor adherence.
  • Coordinate, attend, and document compliance evaluation sessions; receive and review documents and evidence, ensuring they meet compliance requirements in coordination with relevant departments and external parties.
  • Prepare various reports and identify areas for improvement to achieve compliance, develop corrective action plans, follow up on progress, and report achievements (to senior management and requesting entity).
  • Perform any other tasks deemed necessary by the authority to ensure the success and interests of the work.
