We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Reporting and Documentation Specialist to support our audit and assurance teams in the preparation, formatting, and quality control of client-facing reports and internal documentation. This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, format, and finalize audit reports, financial statements, and client documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel
Design and format professional presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint, ensuring consistency with firm branding
Conduct spelling, grammar, formatting, and quality checks across all documents and presentations
Collaborate with auditors, managers, and partners to gather content and incorporate feedback accurately and promptly
Develop and maintain standardized templates and formatting styles for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ensure document version control and organized file management across all reporting deliverables
Assist with preparing supporting schedules, tables, and charts in Excel for inclusion in reports and presentations
Support the timely delivery of high-quality client reports, proposals, and internal materials under tight deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in a documentation, reporting, or admin support role, preferably in an audit or professional services firm
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong editing, proofreading, and formatting skills
Ability to create clean, branded, and professional client-facing documents and presentations
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with audit or financial reporting processes is a plus
