Key Account Manager - Protective Coatings - UAE
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong engineering background to join our team in UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 5/7 years of experience in the sale of protective coatings. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage key accounts, achieve sales targets, and develop strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:

• Achieve and exceed sales budgets and margin targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the protective coatings market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
• Customer Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Technical Expertise:

• Understand and interpret technical specifications related to protective coatings.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring they select the appropriate products for their needs.
• Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Market Analysis:

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs.
• Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achievement of sales budget and margin targets.
• Timely collection of payments.
• Customer acquisition and retention rates.
• Accuracy and timeliness of quotations and technical support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sale of protective coatings in ME
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and the ability to provide accurate quotations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
