Job Description

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business process management (varied levels to fill 5 positions).
  • Hands-on experience using SAP Signavio or any BPM solution (ARIS, IBM Blueworks, Nintex, Camunda, etc.).
  • Experience modelling and analyzing business processes using BPMN 2.0.
  • Exposure to process mapping within large-scale organizations (construction, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or similar industries preferred but not mandatory).
Technical Skills
  • Strong command of BPMN modelling principles.
  • Working knowledge of Signavio modules (Process Manager, Workflow Accelerator, Collaboration Hub).
  • Ability to document processes clearly and professionally.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP / PMIS / engineering tools) is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Signavio certification.
  • Experience in digital transformation or operational excellence roles.
  • Exposure to real estate, construction, engineering, asset management, or PMO functions.
  • Knowledge of lean methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Experience with data-driven process analysis or process mining.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
