Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business process management (varied levels to fill 5 positions).
Hands-on experience using SAP Signavio or any BPM solution (ARIS, IBM Blueworks, Nintex, Camunda, etc.).
Experience modelling and analyzing business processes using BPMN 2.0.
Exposure to process mapping within large-scale organizations (construction, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or similar industries preferred but not mandatory).
Technical Skills
Strong command of BPMN modelling principles.
Working knowledge of Signavio modules (Process Manager, Workflow Accelerator, Collaboration Hub).
Ability to document processes clearly and professionally.
Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP / PMIS / engineering tools) is beneficial but not required.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Signavio certification.
Experience in digital transformation or operational excellence roles.
Exposure to real estate, construction, engineering, asset management, or PMO functions.
Knowledge of lean methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks.
Experience with data-driven process analysis or process mining.
