Job Description
manages the production, fabrication, and installation of signs, overseeing teams, ensuring quality/safety, coordinating projects from design to completion, and handling materials/workflow in a workshop or on-site, bridging designers, clients, and installers for timely, accurate results.
Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight:
Managing workshop operations, including CNC cutting, printing, painting, welding, and assembly.Quality Control:
Ensuring signs meet design specs, quality standards, and safety regulations.Team Leadership:
Supervising fabrication/installation teams, assigning tasks, and training staff.Project Coordination:
Working with sales, design, project managers, and clients to meet deadlines and budgets.Material Management:
Planning material requirements and managing workshop efficiency.Design Interpretation:
Reading and ensuring execution from design files (e.g., CorelDraw, Illustrator).Job Type: Full-time
