Job Overview: Production Supervisor required for Signage & Joinery

The Production Coordinator/Supervisor for Signage Joinery is responsible for overseeing the production process in a joinery workshop, ensuring the efficient manufacturing of wooden products, furniture, or custom joinery items. This role involves managing a team, coordinating resources, scheduling production timelines, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring high-quality output. The supervisor will also act as a liaison between the production team, project managers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or certification in carpentry, joinery, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience (2 years min) joinery or woodworking production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. In-depth knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment. Familiarity with computer software for production planning and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems)

Work is performed in a workshop environment & on site (Night Shift)

Pay: AED3500.00 - AED4000.00 per month
