Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join our team in the signage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at job sites, ensuring that all signage installations and projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The Site Supervisor will collaborate with project managers, installation teams, and clients to ensure project timelines are met and all work complies with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the installation of signs, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule Coordinate with project managers, clients, and installation teams for seamless execution Inspect and assess site conditions, equipment, and materials to ensure readiness for installation Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations Provide on-site guidance and support to installation crews, ensuring efficiency and productivity Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on-site during installation Monitor the progress of the project and report any delays or issues to the project manager Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress Ensure proper documentation and reporting of work performed, including timesheets and site reports Ensure that all tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and stored

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the signage industry, with a focus on site supervision Strong knowledge of signage installation methods and materials Excellent understanding of safety protocols and regulations in construction and signage installation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites
