Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable furniture solutions.
Demonstrate product features, quality, and benefits to customers.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and process transactions accurately.
Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and overall presentation.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and after-sales service.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated with product knowledge, new arrivals, and promotions.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Sales Executive
, preferably in furniture or retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality.
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems).
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
