Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assist walk-in clients and customers in the showroom
Present and demonstrate architectural product offerings
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and inventory
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants
Track customer preferences and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in showroom or field sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multilingual proficiency preferred
Basic understanding of architecture, interior design, or construction practices
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
Experience working in real estate or interior design
Local market knowledge
