To provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth coordination between the sales team and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or sales consultant.
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, transferring them to the relevant staff or taking accurate messages.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that reflects the company's professional image.
Record customer inquiries and walk-in traffic in the showroom register or CRM system.
Support the sales team with appointment scheduling and coordination.
Manage daily office correspondence, courier handling, and document filing.
Ensure refreshments and hospitality are offered to visiting clients.
Assist in preparing and maintaining display materials and showroom appearance.
Handle basic administrative support such as photocopying, printing, and stationery control.
Coordinate with HR and Admin departments for staff attendance, visitors' passes, and meeting arrangements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role, preferably in automotive or retail industry.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English; and Arabic language is an advantage.
