Showroom Receptionist

, where you'll be the face of our brand--greeting visitors, managing communications, and providing essential support to our showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, providing directions, answering queries, and distributing information or forms. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, operate copying/duplicating machines, and support basic clerical tasks. Maintain well-organized filing systems for correspondence, applications, and general documentation. Keep the reception area clean, inviting, and professional--manage seating, magazines, and plants. Manage the showroom switchboard: answer calls, transfer inquiries, take messages, and schedule appointments. Perform light typing tasks including letters, reports, forms, and records. Support with travel and meeting arrangements for visitors or staff as instructed. Serve as backup for other clerical staff and take on additional tasks as needed. Report any concerns or issues to the Showroom Supervisor. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Role Purpose:

To create a seamless front-desk experience for all showroom visitors while supporting internal communication and administrative efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a receptionist, secretarial, or administrative role--preferably in a customer-facing setting.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Languages:

Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.

Software Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
