Position Overview
The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales performance. This role involves managing staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the showroom reflects the brand's image. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities * Sales & Customer Service:

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by leading the sales team.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, assisting clients with product selection and inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff.
  • Schedule shifts, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Showroom Operations:
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and ordering.
  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising:
  • Arrange displays to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Ensure branding and promotional materials are up to date.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on in-store promotions.
