Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Showroom Executive - Drug Store

with prior experience in the UAE pharmaceutical retail sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the drug store showroom, providing excellent customer service, handling product displays, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. This role requires strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain an organized and inviting showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations. Manage the display of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, ensuring they are well-organized, clearly labeled, and attractive. Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish inventory in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and company policies related to drug sales and storage. Handle billing, invoicing, and customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming showroom environment. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support. Keep up-to-date with new pharmaceutical products and promotions available in the UAE market. Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional activities within the showroom. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a showroom or sales executive in a drug store or pharmaceutical retail setting in the UAE. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, OTC medicines, and healthcare regulations in the UAE. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service-oriented with the ability to build rapport and trust. Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Office). Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Arabic and English is preferred.
