Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the development and execution of AWS sales strategies focused on the healthcare and drug store sectors. Identify, target, and build relationships with key customers, including healthcare providers, drug store chains, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical distributors. Drive the adoption of AWS cloud solutions for managing healthcare data, e-commerce platforms, patient care systems, and inventory management for drug stores. Collaborate with AWS technical teams and solution architects to provide tailored cloud solutions for healthcare IT, electronic prescriptions, telemedicine, and related use cases. Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business goals. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs for AWS adoption within the healthcare and drug store verticals. Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers in the healthcare and retail pharmacy sectors. Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals to highlight the value of AWS offerings to potential clients. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA), and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 2-5 years of proven UAE experience in sales, preferably in healthcare IT, cloud solutions, or drug store/retail sectors. Deep understanding of AWS services, cloud computing, and digital transformation in healthcare. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and technology (HIPAA, electronic health records, telemedicine, etc.). Established network within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and drug store industries. Exceptional sales skills, including the ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers. Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions in simple terms. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
