Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Sales Showroom Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural showrooms or fit-out companies, with proven sales skills and a deep understanding of the UAE market. You will be responsible for managing showroom operations, engaging with walk-in clients, and driving sales by providing exceptional customer service and technical product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally and courteously. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to clients. Prepare and follow up on quotations, inquiries, and sales leads. Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, consultants, and contractors. Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the showroom. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors in the UAE market. Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in an architectural showroom or fit-out company within the UAE.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of architectural materials, finishes, and fit-out products.

Sales Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Market Familiarity:

In-depth knowledge of the UAE construction and design industry.

Languages:

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Availability:

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
