The Showroom Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and organized showroom environment, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all showroom visitors and provide a positive first impression of the dealership.
Manage the showroom's appearance, ensuring it is clean, well-organized, and stocked with up-to-date marketing materials.
Maintain the vehicle display: update price tags, brochures, and vehicle specs; coordinate with the sales team to rotate inventory as needed.
Schedule and confirm test drives and sales appointments.
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries.
Coordinate customer refreshments, lounge area maintenance, and dealership event support.
Track and order showroom supplies and promotional materials.
Support the sales team with data entry, CRM updates, and customer follow-up tasks.
Assist with vehicle delivery preparation, ensuring a seamless customer handover experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team on showroom campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, ideally in automotive or retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for cars and customer service is a plus.
