Job Description

Innovex Agency is seeking a highly creative and trend-focused Short-Form Video Creator to join our on-site team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for filming and editing engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) tailored for Innovex Agency's clients across industries such as luxury, lifestyle, fashion, perfumes, real estate, restaurants, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Film and edit high-quality short-form videos using a smartphone and editing apps. Develop creative video concepts in collaboration with the creative team and clients. Shoot content on location (clients' premises, events, or studios) as required. Stay on top of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts trends, applying them creatively to client projects. Optimize videos with captions, hooks, overlays, and platform-specific best practices. Direct models, influencers, or client representatives when needed. Ensure all videos are aligned with each client's brand identity and marketing objectives. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Short-Form Video Creator (portfolio or social media samples required). Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content. Proficiency in mobile video shooting and editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.). Creativity, storytelling ability, and a strong visual sense. Ability to adapt content style across various industries. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Must be based in Dubai and available on-site.
