ROLE SUMMARY Responsible for managing leasing and shopping mall operation activities in Bahrain Mall in accordance with organization policies and standards. Managing overall profitability, team management, tenant management, contractor services and marketing and promotional activity. The role holder is also responsible for managing lease agreements and tenants' outlet performance and providing regular status reports to management.

ROLE PROFILE Manage overall shopping mall function including areas of property management, mall facilities, and services, tenant management, leasing support, marketing, and promotions. Prepare an annual operating budget for the shopping mall to be reviewed and approved by management. Manage profitability of overall mall business by maximizing revenue opportunities and reducing operating costs. Perform annual review of retailer performance and consult with head office mall management and country management to recommend appropriate tenant mix/use for annual planning and implementation. Maintain and ensure that all documentation such as lease agreements, tenant supporting materials, trade license, insurance, etc. are collected by the team and prepared in accordance with MAF Retail legal policies. Perform market visits, conduct field research and site due diligence, participate in industry conventions to develop clear understanding of local retail market, retail leasing terms and conditions, customer demand and competition Track lease payments with tenants and owners in coordination with Finance team Prepare and maintain a database of prospective tenants, both local and international retailers suitable for each type of retail project.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Commerce, or Marketing. Minimum 6 years in similar role Excellent communication and presentation skills Property managemnt, and interpersonal skills Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
