About the Role
We're looking for a commercially minded
Shopify & eCommerce Manager
to take full ownership of our online shop: marisapeer.com/shop.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who deeply understands how to develop compelling product offers, build and optimise Shopify storefronts, and work closely with marketing and media teams to drive conversion.
You'll be responsible for transforming our eCommerce presence into a high-converting, brand-aligned growth engine. This role requires strong commercial instincts, offer psychology expertise, and the ability to execute quickly and precisely.
What You'll Be Doing
Audit and relaunch our Shopify store to reflect our brand and complete product range
Develop and implement an effective product and offer strategy -including bundles, subscriptions, and upsells
Build and optimise conversion-focused product pages and sales funnels
Collaborate with the media team to align paid campaigns with store experience
Own and improve core eCommerce metrics including conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (LTV)
Use tools such as
Klaviyo
,
Triple Whale
,
GA4
, and survey insights to guide data-driven decisions
Manage the store's end-to-end performance, ensuring a seamless customer experience from ad to checkout
We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have
Proven experience owning and scaling Shopify stores
A strong grasp of eCommerce psychology and what drives purchase decisions
Expertise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and user experience (UX)
Experience developing and testing offers (e.g. bundles, upsells, subscriptions)
Confidence in briefing and collaborating with creative and media teams
Familiarity with tools such as
Klaviyo
,
Triple Whale
, and
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Background in personal development, health, wellness, or similar industries is a bonus
Key KPIs
Increase in CVR within the first 90 days
Growth in AOV and LTV
Reduction in cart abandonment
Successful implementation of new offers, bundles, and product pages
Revenue uplift from the shop within 3 months
Timely delivery and alignment with paid media campaigns
