The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced eCommerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives in the Vault, safes, and office automation industry. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for driving our digital sales strategy, enhancing customer experience, and increasing online revenue streams in a competitive market. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective eCommerce strategies to increase online sales and market share. - Manage the online store's daily operations, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly customer experience. - Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to optimize website performance, SEO, and digital campaigns. - Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and improve conversion rates. - Manage budgets and forecast sales to maximize profitability and achieve business targets. - Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. - Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing eCommerce platforms, preferably in retail or industrial sectors. - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, analytics, and eCommerce platforms. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. - Familiarity with vault, safes, and office automation product categories is highly desirable. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Dubai.
