Shop Manager Dubai/abu Dhabi
Job Description
Achieving the sales targets.
Ensure that the shop meets company standards.
Updated product knowledge of own products and competitor products.
Efficient stock control
Ensure shop timings (Opening & Closing) are strictly followed by all staff.
Window displays are managed
Communicate the sales plan to team members and ensure targets are achieved; ensure all sales persons contribute equally towards target achievement.
Ensure proper product and price information is given to the customer; assist the sales person in case of difficulty.
Prepare & submit sales reports as required by the Area Sales Manager.
Handle staff grievances and ensure motivation levels are high.
Keep oneself abreast of and have complete knowledge of current market trends in terms of size, weight, designs, and patterns by inquiring from customers or by their orders/ requirments communicated; inform Area Sales Manager and also record in Order Book.
Qualifications:
Three (3) years relevant experience Good English communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Extremely proactive
