Marketing Manager | Abu Dhabi | French Pastry Brand
A growing French-influenced pastry and bakery brand, currently operating two branches, is seeking a creative and hands-on MARKETING MANAGER to lead and execute the brand's marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative marketer with strong digital expertise to play a pivotal role in the growth of a dynamic F&B concept.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full marketing spectrum, from strategy to execution, across social media, content creation, and paid advertising.
• Manage and optimize Meta, Google, and email campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Develop engaging content and organize photo and video shoots when needed.
• Drive B2B and B2C sales through creative campaigns and partnerships.
• Manage the brand's social media presence and ensure consistent tone of voice.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics; prepare regular reports.
• Develop and execute local activations, collaborations, and promotions to strengthen brand visibility.
• Support store openings, events, and seasonal promotions with targeted campaigns.

Candidate Profile:

• Must have UAE experience (preferably in Abu Dhabi).
• Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality marketing highly desirable.
• Creative mindset with hands-on experience in digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication skills. English required, Arabic preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 12,000 - 16,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
• Visa provided
• Medical Insurance provided
