What You'll Do

• Develop and implement accounting and taxation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure integrity in financial transactions
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage all aspects of tax reporting, planning, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Support senior management with financial insights, analysis, and decision-making tools
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls to improve efficiency
• Ensure adherence to FAB's internal policies, financial standards, and external regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies and operations

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and taxation
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax compliance regulations
• Proven experience in audit management and issue resolution
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial performance tracking, and internal controls
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
