Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily shisha operations and shisha staff Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the shisha area Monitor inventory levels of shisha flavors, coal, and related supplies Ensure proper maintenance and preparation of shisha equipment Train new staff on proper shisha techniques and customer service Handle customer complaints or issues professionally Monitor safety practices regarding charcoal and shisha equipment use
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role (Shisha Supervisor or Senior Shisha Server) Strong knowledge of shisha flavors, preparation techniques, and equipment Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a small team Open to all nationalities
