Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily cafe operations, including shisha services and floor activities
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle guest concerns or requests professionally
Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain service standards
Monitor hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with UAE regulations
Oversee shisha preparation, equipment maintenance, and inventory control
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a shisha lounge, cafe, or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of shisha preparation, flavors, and hygiene standards
Excellent communication and team management skills
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced, late-hour environment
Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
